Complimentary Services Terms

1. Who qualifies

Complimentary services apply to clients who sign a listing agreement or buyer representation agreement with Full House International Realty (DRE #02195969) and close a transaction through us.

2. What's included

• Staging — design consultation, furniture and art from the Full House Staging & Design inventory, installation and removal, for a standard 90-day listing period. Typical value up to $6,000 depending on property size.
• Moving — a local move within Los Angeles County by Full House Moving & Storage. Long-distance and international moves receive a credit toward the total.
• Storage — a private vault at our Redondo Beach warehouse for the period agreed in writing.

3. Scope is confirmed in writing

The exact scope (rooms staged, crew size and hours, storage period, credits) depends on the property and distance and is listed in your agreement before you sign.

4. If the transaction doesn't close

If a listing is cancelled by the client or the transaction does not close, services already provided may be billed at standard rates as stated in your agreement.

5. Not a discount on commission

Complimentary services are provided by Full House family companies and do not change the commission terms of your agreement. Not intended as a solicitation if you are already under contract with another broker.
