What does complimentary staging include?
Design consultation, furniture and art from our private inventory, white-glove installation and removal, for a standard 90-day listing period.
Do I have to use all the services?
No. Use what helps your sale — staging only, moving only, storage only, or the full package. Nothing is forced and nothing is billed back.
What if my home doesn't sell in 90 days?
We review pricing and marketing with you, and staging can be extended. Extension terms are agreed in writing at the start.
